These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website event.coffee (the "Service"), a product of TourneyBit LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service: event.coffee enables users to organize, promote, manage, and attend events.

2. User Conduct and Responsibilities

2.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent, or malicious. This includes, but is not limited to, organizing or promoting events that violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

2.2. System Integrity: You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sending unsolicited communications, promotions, or advertisements ("spam").
  • Using any automated system, such as "bots" or "spiders," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.

3. Termination of Use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Any use of the Service for illegal activities or system disruption as outlined in Section 2 will result in the indefinite suspension of your access.

4. Payments and Refunds Payments made to TourneyBit LLC for services rendered via event.coffee are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. TourneyBit LLC may, in its sole discretion, consider refunds for certain extenuating circumstances. All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is offered to you, we may choose to revoke your access to the Service indefinitely.

5. Third-Party Services The Service may integrate with or provide links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TourneyBit LLC.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that TourneyBit LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TourneyBit LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall TourneyBit LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this site. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
